You’re excellent in the clinic. Let’s get you paid like it.

Operator playbooks for orthopedic, sports, post-surgical and musculoskeletal physiotherapists, hand therapists — and the podiatrists who work alongside them. These exact systems I learnt the hard way, field-tested and refined over time (since 2008) used to build, revive, and sell rehab practices in Singapore, turned into digital products you can apply this week.

Zero calls. No coaching. No consulting. Productized.

The Problem

You trained for years to be excellent in the room. Nobody trained you to run the business around it.

So you hit the ceiling every good clinician hits: your income is capped by your own two hands and your own calendar. More patients means less life. A raise means more hours. And if you own a practice, it can’t run a day without you — which means you don’t own a business. You own a job with overhead.

That’s not a skill problem. It’s an operator problem. And operator problems have playbooks.

There’s a Third Path

Most therapists are sold one of two lies: grind harder, or quit and “go online.”

There’s a third path — earn like an owner while staying in the work you’re good at, and build toward optionality: flexible hours, real income, a practice you could actually sell.

The playbooks cover the five levers that move owner income — plus the framework that ties them together:

  1. Contracts — structure agreements that protect you and pay you (employment, associate, lease, sale).
  2. Hiring & firing — build a team that earns its keep, and exit the wrong hires cleanly.
  3. Front desk — train the one role that quietly makes or loses you the most money.
  4. Retention & motivation — keep good therapists, and keep them performing.
  5. Selling your practice — turn a job-with-overhead into an asset someone will pay for.

Plus the SSS Growth Framework — [one line on what SSS stands for and what it does] — with checkpoints so you always know you’re on the right track.

Who’s Telling You This

I’m Nigel Chua — a hand-trained occupational therapist who grew into an operator. Since [2005/2008 — see note] I’ve built, revived, and sold rehab practices in Singapore: a first practice sold for seven figures, and a struggling group turned around and scaled to five clinics by 2026.

I’m not a consultant who read about this. I did it, paid the tuition in lost money, and built the systems so I’d never learn it twice.

What This Is — And Isn’t

  • Productized, not personal. Buy a playbook, apply it. No discovery calls, no retainers, no waiting on my calendar.
  • Premium, not cheap. Priced for what they save you — and make you.
  • Operator-tested, not theoretical. Everything here ran in a real clinic group — piloted, tested at scale, and kept only because it was good enough to keep.
